The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) is updating its current long-range plan, weNEO2050+, and seeks public input on how to make land use, transportation, workforce access, and infrastructure investments for all communities. The long-range plan is updated every four years and offers a vision for the future and guides infrastructure investments over the next 20 years.
